BHINDI IN CURD MASALA

MY MOTHER-IN-LAW'S RECIPE:


LADIES FINGER 6,7
GREEN CHILLY 3
COCNUT 2 TBSP
SALT
CURD 2 TBSP
MUSTARD SEEDS 1/2 TSP
CURRY PATTA A FEW



Grind coconut to a very smooth paste. Wash n cut the bindis, in kadahi, put cut bhindis, slit green chillies and salt in a very little water, and boil. When it is done put coconut paste to it and heat it. In the end put curd and stir well. Season it with mustard seeds and curry patta..
