WHAT YOU NEED:
Raw bananas 2
Coconut grated 4 tbsp
Red chilly 7,8
Tamarind 2 pieces
Garlic 7,8 cloves
Salt
HOW TO MAKE:
Wash and cut bananas in a round shape.
Fry red chillys in a little oil.
Grind coconut, red chilly and tamarind to a paste.
Boil the banana rounds with little water in a vessel.
Add ground masala to the bananas and water
Add salt and boil till it is done.
Heat a pan with 2,3 tsp of oil
Add crushed garlic with skin to it, fry till the color changes to brown.
Pour this seasoning to the banana koddel.
A side dish......
