ONION AND GARLIC SOUP

WHAT YOU NEED: (SERVES 2)

ONION 1             
GARLIC 4 CLOVES
PLAIN FLOUR 2 TSP                       
PEPPER CORNS 8,9
SALT TO TASTE
PEPPER POWDER
STARCH WATER 1 1/4 CUPS
WATER 1/2 CUP
BUTTER 2 TSP

TO GARNISH:

CARROT 1 SMALL (FINELY CHOPPED)
SPRING ONION 1 TBSP(CHOPPED)




HOW TO MAKE:

CHOP ONIONS AND GARLIC, CRUSH THE PEPPER CORNS.

IN A NON STICK PAN,HEAT THE BUTTER AND FRY ONION AND GARLIC FOR FEW MINUTES.
ADD CRUSHED PEPPER CORNS AND SAUTE.
ADD PLAIN FLOUR AND MIX WELL TILL THE RAW SMELL DISAPPEARS.
POUR HALF GLASS WATER AND BOIL ON A LOW HEAT.
WHEN COOL GRIND THIS TO A SMOOTH PASTE

FRY CHOPPED CARROT AND SPRING ONION AND KEEP ASIDE.

TRANSFER THE GROUND PASTE TO THE PAN AND ADD STARCH WATER .
BOIL IT. ADD SALT AND PEPPER POWDER

GARNISH IT WITH FRIED CARROT AND SPRING ONIONS.
SERVE HOT.
