WHAT YOU NEED:
Rice 1 1/2 cups
Semolina / Rava 1 cup
Maida 2 tbsp
Green chillies 2, chopped finely
Onion 1 chopped finely
Coriander leaves, chopped, 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
Wash and soak rice for 3-4 hours.
Then grind it to a very smooth batter.
Add rava, and maida to the batter and stir well.
Mix jeera, chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
The batter should be very thin like Neer dosa batter.
Heat Dosa Pan, when hot spread a tbs batter on the tava. Sprinkle little oil or ghee on the edges, fry till it is brown and crisp.
Tastes good with any chutney.
