WHAT YOU NEED:
Mint leaves - 1 cup, chopped
Coriander leaves - 1 cup, chopped
Onion - 1 small, chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves
Black salt - little
Tamarind - a small piece / or lime juice - 2-3 tsp
Salt - to taste
|MINT CHUTNEY/ PUDINA CHUTNEY|
HOW TO MAKE :
Grind all the above with a little of water to a fine paste.
You can store Mint chutney in the fridge for 4-5 days.
