|NUCHI (COCONUT RICE)|
WHAT YOU NEED:
Cooked rice 2 cups
Coconut grated 1 cup
Red chillies 7-8, broken
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Methi seeds 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida, a little, diluted in little water
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 2 sprig
Oil 1-2 tbsp

HOW TO MAKE :
First mix grated coconuts and salt nicely.
Add this mixture to the cooked rice and mix well. Keep aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in kadahi, when hot splutter musard seeds.
Add methi seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and saute.
Then add the rice mixture to it and stir well and heat for a while.
Serve hot with pickle or any hot curry.
