There is distinctively different taste of the peas when they are used in its two different forms like the dried one's and the fresh ones or the germinated/sprouted one's from the dried peas.
The photographs are excellent showing the right length and duration of the sprouting. The sprouting always added a great taste like bringing a sweeter taste to it in the final preparation.
The colour of Amabat is perfect and the garnishing of the Ambat with those finely chopped and fried onion pieces is awesome.
Jaya deserves full marks for this great Amchi item.
