Banana Halwa has come out very well.the complexion is more important as the right degree of tenderness is what matters most.too hard or too soft will not be great to eat.
If its properly done only then it can be cut into slices. Here Jaya it seems done it so well.
Banana Halwa is great because the slight sourness with sweetness of the Banana will always be thereto give it a distinct taste.
Thanks to Jaya for coming up with one of my most favorite sweet.
