Cucumber 1 medium
Coconut 2 tbsp or 2 handsfull
Green chillies 3 finely chopped
Ginger 2" piece (finely chopped)
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Udad dal 1/2 tsp (optional)
Curd 2 tbsp
Curry leaves 5,6
HOW TO MAKE:
Wash cucumber cut in small cubes
Grind coconut to a very fine paste.
In a Bowl, put coconut paste, green chillies, ginger and salt and mix well.
Put cucumber pieces and mix well. Add curd and mix it again.
Heat a tsp oil in a small pan, add mustard, udad dal and curry leaves in hot oil.
Pour this seasoning on the pachadi.
