SWEET MANGO AND CORIANDER GOJJU

WHAT YOU NEED:

Ripe mango pulp 1 cup
Coriander leaves  1/2 cup
Green chillies 2-3
Tamarind, small marble size
Jaggery 2-3 pieces
Salt to taste



HOW TO MAKE:

Grind all the above ingerdients to a smooth paste.
Transfer this to a serving bowl.

For the seasoning you need:

Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 4-5

Heat a small pan with a tsp of oil. Put mustards, when it  splutters add curry leaves and  pour this seasoning on the mango coriander gojju.

A side dish.
