Long beans 1/2 kg
Red chillies 4
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tsp
HOW TO MAKE :
UPKARI IN DIFFERENT SHADE |
Wash and cut long beans in 1 inch pieces.
Heat kadahi with 2 tsp of oil.
Add mustard seeds to it, when it splutters add broken red chillies.
Fry for 2 mins.
Add pieces of long beans and one glass of water.
Allow it to cook till done. I always perfer half boiled veggies than over cooked veggies.
A side dish.
