1 Boiled baby potatotes..15-20 nos.
5.Besan..4 heaped tsps
6.Lemon juice of half lemon
HOW TO MAKE:
Make a paste of ginger and garlic. Fry this paste in a kadahi with little oil, add chat masala and salt ..mix well.
Then put besan and fry for a while,when it is thick add some water to it and make smooth paste.
Remove from heat and mix well with lemon juice.
Peel off the skins of potatoes and marinate with this paste evenly and thick.
Keep for 15 mins.
Then deep fry this potatoes.n keep aside.
FOR THE GRAVY:
Corinander seeds ..2tsp..
Ginger cut 1 tsp.
Corinders leaves..a small bunch.
Heat oil and put jeera, one chopped onion, corinder seeds., haldi, tomato and corinder leaves..fry till soft...
When cool make a paste.
Again in kadahi, with little oil fry lengthy cut onions for few minutes.
Add green chillies and ginger pieces.
Then add masala and fry for a while.
Add chilli powder, salt n some water.Heat it..
In the end put the fried potatoes and finely cut corinder leavs and mix
