QUICK PAN CAKE (DOSA)

I had no time to think, when my younger daughter told she was very hungry,... after coming from the school in the evening. I checked her lunch box , it was untouched. I was very sure that if i dont give her anything she would definately throw a tantrum. Then i reminded my Mom's recipe...here it is....very easy, very quick, very tasy too..:))

YOU NEED:
PLAIN FLOUR 2 CUPS
COCONUT GRATINGS 2,3 TBSP
WATER, 3,4 CUPS
MUSTARD SEED 1 TSP
GREEN CHILLY 2(FINELY CUT)
CURRY LEAVES 10, 12 LEAVES (FINELY CUT)
SALT TO TASTE



HOW TO MAKE:

PUT FLOUR, GREEN CHILLY AND SALT IN A VESSEL.
POUR 3 CUPS OF WATER AND MIX WELL.SEE THAT NO LUMP IS FORMED.CHECK THE CONSISTENCY ..IF NEED ADD REMAINING WATER.
HEAT A TSP OF OIL IN A SMALL PAN, ADD MUSTARDS,THEN CURRY LEAVES.
POUR THIS SEAONSING TO THE BATTER
MIX COCONUT GRATINGS..MIX THOROUGHLY

HEAT TAWA,GREASE LITTLE OIL OR GHEE, POUR A TABLESPOON OF BATTER ON IT AND SPREAD THE DOSA. FRY BOTH THE SIDES IT CAN BE THIN OR THICK. TASTES GOOD.
EATING THIS DOSA WITH BUTTER IS THE BEST COMBINATION...
